DIRECTIONS:  Dr. Olstein's office is located on Route 32 in Central Valley, NY, one hour north of New York City.
From the South:

Take the NYS Thruway (I-87) to Harriman, Exit 16. Travel on Route 32 North past Woodbury Commons, for approximately 1.5 miles. Look for a brick building with a green awning located on the left, at the corner of Maple. The entrance is around the back.

From the North:
Route 32 heading south, after passing through Highland Mills, look for a brick building with a green awning located on the right at the corner of Maple. Entrance is around the back. 

From the West:
Take Route 17 East to exit 131. At light make left onto Route 32 North. Follow directions as listed from the South.
From the East:
Take Route 6 West to the Route 17S ramp towards Route 32/Suffern/Newburgh exit. Turn right onto NY 17. Stay straight onto Route 32 North. Follow Directions as listed from the South.
